The headbox is of modern design with rectifier rolls, tapered cross header and multistep manifold.
The headbox is designed in such a way to create some micro turbulence in order to guarantee the perfect distribution of the stock avoiding the phenomenon of flocculation on the wire and assuring a CD profile with deflections within the limit of international standards.
The headbox is entirely made of stainless steel and manufactured with components which are bolted together. The internal surfaces are finely polished.
All the adjustment movements, either manual or automatic with remote control, can be carried out with the machine operating.
Total head and level are independently controlled either working under pressure or with vacuum inside.
An overflow recycle is provided in the applications which require a wide range of working conditions.
