Main components:

Pre-feeder, feeder, 2 print units, double slotter, rotary diecutter, stacker.

Feeder is a wheel system vacuum assisted by TCY/Martin/Sun. With dust suction, motorised side panels with automatic adjustment, automatic vertical adjustable front tracking and manual longitudinal adjustable front alignment.

Print Units are equipped with automatic adjustment system, automatic cleaning cycle, digital display of the position of the elements (pre-discharger and dischargers), chrome cylinders.

Maximum print size: 5400 x 2100 mm

Double Slotter is fully automatic with the adjustment of the position of the devices from the machine panel, 5 cutting tools per slotter; the knife width is 12.8 mm.
