Castaldini Palletizer with Automatic Pallet Inserter

The machine is equipped with a robotic extension / gripper, which is used for the automatic insertion of empty pallets under the stacks of corrugated cardboard packaging.

This system is usually installed and used for the finished goods collection line or on the corrugator exit just before the strapping machine obtaining in this way a centralised pallet management.

The empty pallets are deposited on the pusher by a robot gripper, which is able to pick up the proper size pallet from an empty pallet storage made by a set of aligned empty pallet stacks.
