2500 mm Peters Marquip Corrugator
A complete line to produce corrugated board, well maintained full double wall, double level, corrugator. Production speed is up to 300 m/min, running high quality flat board with excellent caliper and test values.
MAIN COMPONENTS:
Splicers: 5 MWU Splicers 1997, Splice speed 350 m / min, very reliable and easy to maintain.
Roll stands: 5 MWU MQ1 Automatic Roll stands (3 from 1997 and 2 from 2003). Ultra robust roll stands, maximum speed exceeding 500 m/min.
Single facers: Peters Multistar, 1988; Peters Single Star 1984.
Glue machine: MHI double level
Double backer: MWU Pyro beltless DB Max speed 400 m/min with Vacuum Traction Section, which creates stronger dryer board by eliminating crush. Board is cured before reaching the dry end and ready to convert or ship direct from the corrugator.

Rotary Shear: MWU Triple wall,1997, order change speed 250m/min, robust and reliable. Built on knife technology with dual cylinders.
Slitter Scorer: MWU M3 quickset 1997. 350m/min. One of the best quickset Slitter scorers built. Razor set style slits, 7 Outs with double scores. Manual Aux station for special scoring.
Cut-off Knife: MWU M3 100L double level 1997, one of the best knives ever built. Extremely reliable, robust, accurate. The 100L has a speed curve that will easily match many modern knives.
Down stacker: MWU Double level. 365 m/min. Equipped with Tie Sheet Feeder for multiple narrow stack control.
Control Systems: Dry end Cell Controller, upgraded to WinDECC in 2014. Wet End Orderchange Control (WEOC) 1997.
