2400 / 2500 mm paper machine. Fourdrinier paper machine, capacity: 54,000 t/year, speed: up to 400 m/min, products: 90 to 170 GSM; complete with online coater.

Two JC-01 Refiners, complete with 200W motors.
Approach flow system with low consistency cleaners (3 stages), machine screen, controls.

Paper machine:

Valmet Headbox rebuilt in 2013.
Headbox has adjusting screws (21), pipe fittings, dilution water box; rotating shower tube; 2 perforated rolls.

Wire section: Fourdrinier + Egoutteur

Press Section
1st Press: 1 Blow roll, driven, First nip: 1st Press Over roll and 1st
Press under roll, driven; 10 felt lead rollers.
2nd Press: 2nd nip: Over Press roll and Under Press roll, driven; 7 Felt lead rollers.
3rd Press: 3rd Nip: Over Press roll, driven and Under Press roll; 6 Felt lead rollers.
2 Paper guide rolls, driven.
The paper web is led through the Wire- and Press sections with air blowing and rope guidance.

Smoothing press: Smoothing press nip. Over Press roll and Under Press roll , driven. 2 Paper guide rolls, driven.
Dryer Section
Pre dryers: 18 drying cylinders, D 1500 mm, 5 bar. Closed drying hood, zero
level, extractor fan and blowers.
After dryers: 5 drying cylinders, D 1500 mm, 2,5 bar. Open on both sides. Paper web rope guiding through dryer.

Coater: BTG TWIN, rebuilt in 1991. Downward Web Run. Complete with 2 Paper guide rolls, driven; 1 Felt lead roller; 1 Drying cylinder; 1 Spread roll; Spooner; Paper web stabiliser; Infra dryer
Machine calendar & Pope Reel complete with: 1 Dry cylinder, 3 Paper guide rolls, 1 Spread roll, 2 Calendar rolls, over roll, driven, 1 Pope reel.

Machine Slitter Rewinder: Jylhävaara 1987, complete with: 2 Section rolls, 2 Spread roll, 2 Drum roll, 1 Pressure roll, Over head crane 9 ton: Kone Cranes, Conveyor with reel pusher: Trancel, Maximum dia 1500 mm, Tambour transport wagon.

Broke waste system: paper strip transport system: Bervac, Cyclone, fan, strip pipes, Broke Pulper: Grubbens, incl pumps, control system.
