1 single facer Agnati GO14ACS (installed in 1998)
Maximum speed: 220 m/min. Maximum working width: 2.3 m. Corrugating roll diameter: 360 mm. The corrugating rolls are C-flute from BHS. 1 pair of refurbished rolls on the corrugator (CM5) which was mounted in September 2018 (47.422.742 linear metres until this date, 2 times refurbished) and one pair of CM5 corrugated rolls (76.398.701 linear metres until this date, 1 time refurbished) which must be sent to refurbishment.
1 single facer Agnati S90 Multiple Flute (1998)
Maximum speed: 250 m/min. Maximum width: 2.3 m. Corrugating roll diameter: 360 mm. The corrugating rolls are B-flute and E-flute from BHS. 2 motorised cartridge carriers. Preconditioner roll with 600 mm diameter, motorized. Pressure roll with 520 mm diameter, preheater drum with 400 mm diameter. Motor of 100 kW DC, two 7.5 kW electric blowers.
Including, 1 pair of B rolls on the corrugator which was new and mounted in September 2016 (45.624.458 linear metres until this date, not refurbished) and one pair of B corrugated rolls (38.134.251 linear metres between 2014 and 2016, not refurbished), which must be sent to refurbishment.
1 pair of E rolls mounted in august 2014 (31.222.763 linear metres until this date, refurbished once in 2017) and one pair of E corrugated rolls (Marquip) (2.041.994 linear metres between 2010 and 2011, which were used on the corrugator for 3 months in 2017 at the time of sending the BHS corrugated rolls at refurbishment. They can only be used at a width of 2.1 m).

Detecting the edge of the corrugated board web by means of light barrier technology

The light barrier system detects the side edges of the corrugated web and aligns the web with the centre of the machine by means of the pivoting rolls. In front of this system there is mounted a brush which provides a pretension of the web.
